The challenges facing the Hub

The challenges facing the Hub. We need buy in from senior management to make implementation in the offices a priority. We need the support of all the offices in the form of: Resources - We need at least one Page Owner for each office to maintain their pages; Culture - The local offices must treat the Hub as their Intranet site and look to it for their knowledge management needs. We need to establish formal standards for the Hub, such as the language to be used. Go to next slide.
